Are you experiencing harassment from your landlord? You have rights!
The Los Angeles City Tenant Anti-Harassment Ordinance (TAHO) is a City of Los Angeles law that protects renters that live in Los Angeles City from landlord harassment — backed by trusted community partners and legal support.
What is the Los Angeles City TAHO?
The Los Angeles City Tenant Anti-Harassment Ordinance (TAHO) program seeks to inform tenants that live in Los Angeles City of their rights so they can protect themselves from harassment by owners, property managers, other tenants, and anyone acting on their behalf. Harassment can include things like taking away housing services, refusing to make repairs, entering a unit without proper notice, or refusing to accept rent. If your rights are violated, you can take action and access support. Join a workshop or contact us to see how we can help you document what’s happening and guide you to the next steps, safely and confidentially.
